- Underwriting of new business
- Review of renewals issued by the State Insurance Fund
- Provide Safety and Loss Control Services
- Administer the billing process
- Market the program to New York State public entities
- Act as a problem solver and advocate for members
- Resolve billing inquiries and claims issues
- Review State Insurance Fund audits for accuracy
- Provide loss runs, Certificates of Insurance and endorsements
- Administer State Insurance Fund Safety Group Rules and Regulations
- Provide bi-monthly Safety Agendas
- Coordinate meetings of the Executive Committee and implement decisions
