New York State Public Entities Safety Group 497 was originally formed July 1, 1981 by a group of municipal officials to obtain reductions in the human and financial costs of worker injuries. The Group is underwritten by the New York State Insurance Fund and is managed by Glatfelter Brokerage Services.
